Christopher Turnbull
AI AGENT ADVISOR · AI CONSULTANT · PROFESSIONAL SERVICES EXECUTIVE
Twenty-five years running professional services at enterprise scale — a ~$120M P&L at Genesys and a 120-person delivery organization at Interactive Intelligence. Then he built his own: Limitless Connect, bootstrapped to 50 people, 50+ clients, and $5M+ in revenue — his teams operationalizing AI agents and intelligent workflows years before it became the pitch. Today he helps organizations adopt AI the way he ran delivery: practical, human-approved, and measured by results. Led from Indiana. Delivered across North America and APAC.
THE SKILLS RIDGE — THE APPROACH

Founder & Chief Automation Architect
Designed an AI advisory framework that carries organizations from use-case identification through requirements, implementation, quality checks, and human approvals. Delivered an operations assessment and AI implementation roadmap for CrossFit on the River, and an AI-assisted lead-qualification proposal for Evergreen Clubs.
From Customer Intelligence to Implementation
Every engagement follows the same path: we learn your business from the public record, propose the workflows that matter, and turn discovery into approved requirements — then playbooks your team can follow, tested before anything goes live. You approve every step.
Illustrative workflow — a demonstration of our delivery process.
No narration — just a stream of light, carrying you through how the work actually runs. About 24 seconds.
1You sign. We start. The agreement’s in place, your platform licenses are live — and you’ve got a consultant in your corner from day one.
2We do our homework first. Your website, interviews, videos, strategy documents — everything public, pulled into one clear picture of your business, grounded in your goals and your strategy.
3We propose. You decide. The workflows that fit your goals, matched to the platform you already license. Every card says PROPOSED. Nothing is pre-approved, ever.
4Nothing gets built on a handshake. Discovery is recorded and becomes a draft requirements document. It passes through a gold gate marked HUMAN REVIEW — and only the sections you approve come out the other side. The rest stays draft.
5Playbooks a beginner can run. Approved requirements turn into step-by-step instructions clear enough for a junior hire to follow. The expertise lives in the playbook.
6Tested twice before go-live. Internal QA on our side, user acceptance testing on yours — real test cases on both, built for a go-live that works.
7Then we keep score. Performance is measured against expectations. If a number drifts, we adjust the plan — never the goal.
It ends on the High Capacity mark: Intelligent workflows that expand your capacity.
Founder & CEO

The Wings He Owed Himself
He carried one regret out of his first enlistment: he never went Airborne. So at 43 — in the middle of running a company — he stepped back into uniform, went through basic training again at Fort Benning, and earned his jump wings at Airborne School. The Air Assault wings beside them were already 23 years old. Some loops close late. He closed this one.

FEATURED BY THE U.S. ARMY — “FACES OF OUR FUTURE”
At 43, Chris went through basic training again — 25 years after the first time — on his way back to the infantry, Airborne School, and the Indiana Guard. The Army told the story in its “Faces of Our Future” feature (Fort Benning, 2021).
Parachutist Badge — the jump wings
Chris earned his jump wings at the U.S. Army Airborne School, Fort Benning, in 2021 — at 43, after an 18-year break in service. The badge is on his DD-214. Most soldiers earn their wings at 19. He came back and earned his at 43 — and logged 15 recorded jumps.
Air Assault Badge — the first wings
Earned 7 August 1998 — Permanent Orders 219-99, Air Assault School Class #7-98, Fort Drum: rappelling from helicopters, rigging sling loads, and the 12-mile ruck march that finishes the course. These wings came 23 years before the jump wings beside them — the pair is the whole story: he left, built a career, then came back and finished what he started.
Army Commendation Medal — 2 awards
The Army’s commendation for distinguished achievement and meritorious service. Chris earned it twice — the bronze oak leaf cluster marks the second award.
Army Achievement Medal
Awarded for meritorious achievement at JRTC 99-01 — 3rd Battalion, 6th Field Artillery, 10th Mountain Division, Fort Drum, October 1998.
Army Good Conduct Medal — 2 awards
For exemplary behavior, efficiency, and fidelity in active federal service. First award certified for 10 July 1996 – 9 July 1999.
National Defense Service Medal
For honorable service during a designated period of national emergency — the post-9/11 era, spanning his return to service. Listed on his DD-214.
Army Overseas Service Ribbon
For completing a normal overseas tour — Korea, with the 506th Infantry. Listed on his DD-214.
Army Service Ribbon
Awarded on completion of initial-entry training — the rainbow ribbon. Listed on his DD-214, and earned the hard way twice: 1996, and again at 43 in 2021.
Air Force Small Arms Expert Marksmanship Ribbon
For qualifying as an expert marksman with the rifle — earned in his Air National Guard service with the 122nd in Fort Wayne. Listed on his Air Force DD-214.
Air Force Longevity Service Award
Awarded for four years of honorable Air Force service. Listed on his DD-214 as the USAF Longevity Service Award Ribbon.

Vice President, Professional Services — NA East

Owned regional Professional Services P&L and delivery performance for a North American business accountable for approximately $120M in annual revenue.

VP, Global PS Delivery & Quality Governance
Increased delivery capacity by approximately 35% without adding headcount through a global quality-assurance automation program. Unified quality standards across four North American and Asia-Pacific teams. Sponsored a financial-services proof of concept that resolved 200+ defects before customer acceptance, supporting a subsequent $30M total-contract-value sale.
KEYS TO SUCCESS
After the acquisition he was asked to lead QA — and started by personally interviewing all 45 people in the organization. Three teams had grown up on three products with three different ways of working. He unified them on the best of each process, and made ISTQB certification the shared standard — a goal the team itself was motivated to reach, and did: 100% certified.
Global capacity — Chennai and Manila included — was modeled in qualified hours: project allocations, PTO, and local holidays all counted before a single commitment was made. Seeing capacity truthfully is how delivery capacity rose ~35% with no added headcount.
Automations built by one team were showcased on a weekly cross-team call and adopted by the others, so an improvement anywhere became an improvement everywhere. In under 60 days the unified team was fully ramped on PureEngage, Genesys’s flagship premise platform — and its first engagement, for American Express, the company’s largest client, caught 215 defects before they could reach the customer. Testing happened in the lab, not in production — and quality that visible helped close a $30M TCV sale.

Vice President, Professional Services — North America Commercial

Led a 120+ person organization accountable for approximately $45M in annual revenue across consulting, program management, architecture, development, QA, and operations. Created the services team for Genesys Cloud CX (formerly PureCloud) and co-created a Services Center of Excellence with reusable implementation methods.
